Dear Glen and Larry:
I want you to know how pleased I am with the very professional work you have performed for me.
Your hydronic radiant heating system knowledge is unsurpassed, your leak detection expertise and repair mastery are brilliant, and your new boiler installation skills are extraordinary. I am still astonished at the exceptional quality of your finished services.
Glen is truly a master craftsman. The quality of his engineering and workmanship is superb; it is the best I have seen. He is also an unusually trustworthy and congenial person to have working on my facilities. Indeed all your personnel are of the highest order.
You are welcome to show this letter confirming my observations to any potential customer as you wish. In fact, your service is so impressive that I would be pleased to convey my highest recommendations personally to any individual you refer to me.
With my appreciation and best regards,

Dear Glen,
I am writing to you today to thank you for doing such a fine job in installing our heating system for the atrium at my mother’s house.
The piping in the floor looked great, but the work in the garage is truly the cleanest, most professional job, I have ever seen. As I mentioned to you, I enjoy plumbing a great deal, and a good clean, mechanical job, is my goal every time I have some plumbing work to do, but Glen, I have to tell you, there is no way in the world that my work will ever approach yours. You are truly a professional, in every sense of the word, and I have enjoyed working with you.
I will be in touch Glen, and thank you again for such a fine job.
Sincerely,
B. McCombs

Dear Lerry Wagner,
I called you recently to let you know that my Home Owner’s Insurance company, “The Harford”, had settled our claim for repairs to the leak in our radiant heat system.
They reimbursed me for the full amount I paid your company less my deductable. The Hartford Company was great in attending to this claim without argument or hassle.
I believe that your detailed and comprehensive explanation of the problem and how your company would approach repairs really deserves all the credit.
You and your co-workers have my thanks and appreciation for your attention to solving this problem with care and diligence.
Sincerely,
Regina Greenleaf

To whom it may concern:
Anderson Radiant Heating retrofitted our domestic water system last year. It required considerable carpentry work in our Eichler home in addition to plumbing. The work was done expeditiously and with close attention to detail. After the job was done, I couldn’t detect any indication that the wall panels and wood trim had been disturbed. In addition, the plumbing work was a thing of beauty and the cost of all this work was reasonable. All problems were quickly and cheerfully corrected. I would recommend this business to anyone who has a problem with either their domestic or radiant heating systems.

Dear Mr. Wagner:
You recently repaired a hot water leak under the concrete slab of my Eichler home and replaced our aging and unsafe furnace, whereby you tied in with my pre-existing solar space heating system.
I would like to express my appreciation for a job [repair of Eichler home] exceptionally well done. Your estimates were thorough and fair, your work was efficient and on time, your advice was factual and professional, and your assessment of the situation was honest and entirely lacked the “we have to re-do it all” attitude so often encountered with other contractors. Your expertise, especially also in the complicated solar-assisted heating area, and your professional integrity are impeccable.
It is not normally my habit to write such letters, as I expect that jobs I contract for are well done. This case, however, deserves special recognition.

Dear Anderson Radiant Heating:
“The insurance company mailed us a check exactly as your documentation detailed. We never saw the agent! So chalk up another success, you deserve it.
“Our Eichler is much easier to get warm than we remember it for at least the last ten years. The cool weather we had the last month gave us several chances to experiment. My “office” never heated before but as with all the other rooms it is now “toasty” with the thermostat set at 68 degrees. The rooms seem pretty even with the middle bedroom the warmest. So the system is performing very satisfactorily and beyond all my expectations.
Again many thanks for the excellent, expeditious, and inexpensive manner in which you solved our heating and leakage problem.”

Dear Glen,
It is not normally my habit to write such letters, as I expect that jobs I contract for are all well done. This case, however, deserves special recognition.
This note is to let you know that the new boiler you installed in our home last summer has surpassed all our expectations. It heats the house much better than the fifty-year old boiler it replaced. It is quiet and reliable. The installation is beautiful to behold. I show it off to visitors.
I’d like to have a metal tag with your name and the date of installation attached to the unit. You may remember that my neighbor’s old unit had a certificate from your grandfather on it.
Very truly yours,
