Anderson Radiant Heating can custom design a boiler pumping module for your radiant panel system. Our boiler pumping modules are used for the primary safety and support equipment for the boiler and distributing water to the radiant panel system.
- 3’ x 4’ grey or white epoxy painted enclosure
- Grundfos UP15-58FC pumps
- B&G; 12 PSI pressure reducing valve
- B&G; 30 PSI pressure relief valve
- B&G; #30 air expansion tank
- Weiss pressure/temperature gauge
- Weiss 4” 30 psi gauge for system pressure monitoring
- Relay-transformers
- Automatic air vent system
- High pressure valving for purging/testing/service on all supply and returns – and needed safety and support equipment
- All module plumbing will be in copper with wrought copper fittings and 95-5 lead-free soldered joints. (Pipe,parts,fittings, unions, electrical, ties, hose bibbs, caps,miscellaneous)
- All above ground system piping can be insulated with a 1/2” wall thermocel or equal
- All valves will be labelled according to their function
- All main piping will be secured to the backer board with superstrut channel iron and cush clamp fasteners
