Custom designed Copper manifolds by ANDERSON RADIANT HEATING consist of all type L copper headers with Silver-soldered joints, high pressure sweat ball valves; pressure/temperature gauges; automatic air vents; and optional zone valves for independent zone control.
Custom copper manifolds are used for new system installations. Balancing valves allow adjustments to the flow of water in individual circuits. These manifolds merge the individual return lines from each circuit into one larger retun pipe which will lead back to the boiler. Each manifold will have a zone valve mounted on it which is controlled by a thermostat. The radiant heated structure can have many different zones, providing the occupants greater control of their living environment.
